My facebook status may be single but the truth is my heart belongs to someone dear to me, kale. Whether baked, boiled, steamed, and flung delicately into soups its been my favorite vegetable this past winter/fall.
Not sure how this vegetable would fair growing in PA but I am tempted to get some seeds and try it out this summer.
